The power steering auxiliary system of bjz3364 tramcar is shown in Figure 1. Figure 2 is the schematic diagram of the steering oil tank. According to figure 2, there may be 6 oil leakage parts in the oil tank; A is the oil outlet of the oil tank, B is the joint of the oil tank cover and the oil tank body, C is the part between the oil filler cover and the oil filler, e is the exhaust hole of the oil tank cover, and F is the oil return port of the oil tank. 2. Causes and treatment of oil leakage from the steering oil tank (1) deformation of the oil tank or its support or loosening of its fixing bolts, deformation of the cab, loosening of the fixing bolts, rupture of the rubber pad and other reasons will cause displacement of the cab and squeeze the oil tank, so as to deform the oil tank and its support, or loosen its fixing bolts, which will affect the capacity of the oil tank, the sealing of the oil tank cover and the stability of the oil tank during vehicle driving, resulting in oil leakage from the oil tank. Therefore, the inspection of fixing bolts and rubber pads in the cab should be strengthened at ordinary times, and any abnormal phenomenon should be handled in time. (2) Air intake of hydraulic steering system in the bjz3364 mine car steering system, the highest oil level of the oil tank is at the same level as the steering and the oil return pipe orifice of the power device is at the same level. Generally, the oil level is about 20mm away from the upper plane of the oil tank. When the vehicle stops, the system oil returns due to the oil level difference, so that the upper part of the steering aid is in a vacuum state. If the seal is not tight, it is very easy to suck in air, which makes the booster work unstable, and also causes oil leakage. Therefore, check the sealing condition of the booster frequently. (3) The pressure relief of the oil tank cover is not smooth. If there is a lot of dust on the upper part of the oil tank cover, it is very easy to form oil dirt at the exhaust hole due to the effect of oil and gas, resulting in blockage of different procedures. The pressure can not be relieved in time, raising the internal pressure of the system and causing oil leakage of the oil tank. Therefore, the driver is required to remove the dust on the steering oil tank cover in time to ensure that the exhaust hole is unblocked. (4) The fuel tank cover is deformed and the cover is not tight. The 0.8mm thick fuel tank cover is very easy to deform when pressed. At the same time, the fuel tank cover is pressed against the oil return screw in the center of the fuel tank filter element, but the oil return screw is not in the center of the fuel tank cover, so that the force on the fuel tank cover is uneven and it is not easy to flatten, and it is very easy to seal loosely due to the outward warping of the flanging, resulting in the leakage of the fuel tank when the vehicle is bumpy and climbing (at this time, the fuel tank is inclined). Therefore, after regularly replacing the filter element of the steering oil tank, it is necessary to replace the aging sealing ring of the oil tank opening in time, and note: when tightening, it should be prevented from twisting and evenly compressed. (5) The steering system seals are aging and unqualified. The working oil temperature of the steering system is about 70 ℃, which requires the seals to have certain corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and aging resistance, otherwise leakage will occur. (6) The oil tank is overfilled or insufficient. If the oil tank is overfilled, the oil churning during operation will overflow from e due to the high oil level; Similarly, if the refueling volume is too small, it is very likely to suck a lot of air into the system, resulting in severe overturning of the oil, which will not only overflow the oil, but also make the steering booster thugs unable to drive normally. Therefore, when refueling the oil tank, the oil level should be about 20mm away from the upper plane of the oil tank. (7) The filler cap of the oil tank fails to be tightened in time after refueling or checking the oil level, and the sealant pad of the filler cap is lost. In these two cases, the filler cap has obvious oil stains and dirt, and the oil may overflow from D when the vehicle is driving on a bumpy slope. (8) The quality of the fuel tank cover is unqualified. The fuel tank cover shall be welded by three parts, as shown in Figure 3. However, the newly purchased fuel tank cap lacks oil collecting port 3, so it can not effectively reduce the impact of oil, and the splashed oil can not flow back smoothly. Due to the poor positioning of the spring, the preload is reduced, causing the oil to overflow from E; In addition, when the oil pipe with higher strength needs to be replaced, the welding between the oil filler and the oil tank cover is breakpoint welding (see a in Figure 3), which cannot be effectively sealed here, and the oil is easy to overflow from C when rolling. It should be pointed out that continuous welding should also be carried out between the oil gathering port and the oil tank cover body, and there should be no welding breakpoints. Therefore, we should refuse to use unqualified fuel tank assembly or filter element or fuel tank cap. 3. It is recommended (1) to move the position of the fuel tank. Under normal circumstances, the nearest distance between the fuel tank and the cab is only 3cm, which is very easy to be squeezed when the cab is shifted. Therefore, the PCU between the titanium alloy end plates can be used as a patented formula, and the oil tank can be moved 4cm to the inner side of the frame. The connection problem between the oil pipe and the oil tank can be solved by modifying the oil pipe joint. This can not only avoid the squeezing of the cab on the fuel tank, but also facilitate the heat dissipation of the fuel tank.
